What we do with your details.

This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to read it in two minutes and know where you stand.
The site belongs to Mr. Clean Laundry Lombok, a commercial laundry serving businesses in Kuta Lombok, Indonesia. If you want to ask anything about this page, write to hello@mrcleanlombok.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the pickup request form. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
- Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
- Your email address — how we reply.
- Your WhatsApp number — how we send your rate and collection schedule.
- Your business — the villa, hotel, gym or restaurant the linen comes from.
- What you need washed and roughly how much — so we can quote a rate per kilo.
- Anything you write in the notes field.
- Which language version of the site you used — so we reply in English or Indonesian.
Why we have it, and what we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry: to work out a rate, propose a collection schedule, and get you set up as a client if that's what you want. That's the only purpose.
We never sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list. If you enquire and decide not to go ahead, we don't chase you.
Who else can see it
Two companies are involved in making this website work, and it's fair that you know:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives the form submissions, storing them so we can read them. Netlify is based in the United States, so your enquiry is stored there.
- Fontshare and Google Fonts supply the two typefaces this page uses. Your browser fetches those font files directly from their servers, which means those servers see your IP address. They receive nothing else — not your name, not your enquiry, nothing you typed.
What this site does not do
No cookies. This website does not set a single cookie, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner here.
No analytics and no tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising tag and no session recording. We do not build a profile of you and we cannot follow you to other sites.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your contact details for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as Indonesian law requires us to keep business records.
If you enquire and nothing comes of it, we delete your enquiry after 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it. Write to hello@mrcleanlombok.com and we will deal with it. You do not need to give a reason.
Depending on where you live, these rights may be backed by Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) or, for visitors from Europe and the United Kingdom, by the GDPR. Either way, our answer is the same: ask and we'll do it.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and change the date at the top.
